Rai joins LINK as an experienced business professional having worked in the Finance Industry for over 30 years in senior roles in Corporate & Business Banking with ANZ and as a Business Broker for in excess of 8 years and as a Finance Broker for in excess of 10 years.
Buying or selling a business can be a complex and time consuming process, where the ability to identify both opportunity and risk are critical to success. From his years of experience, Rai knows and understands that all businesses are unique. It is through his experience as a sales professional that Rai is able to assist with business transactions, taking the time to understand the needs of his clients so they are able to benefit from this. Rai’s strength lies in his genuine interest in doing the best for his clients, strong communication skills, high attention to detail and a commitment to delivering desired outcomes for his clients.

Because Link have sold 100/s of business’s we know the market and can make direct comparisons. We have a very formal appraisal process which requires us to assess the risk and desirability of every business we engage for sale. The appraisal is a free service which is undertaken before we are engaged and outlines the range of sales price we believe cab be achieved given what we know.
Rai’s commitment and passion is to provide regular updates regarding the status of transactions to clients. He liaises with accountants, lawyers, bankers and business advisors to effectively address the various commercial issues which may arise when buying or selling a business. With over 30 years experience in the business community, Rai is passionate and dedicated in providing the service that makes each transaction as seamless and successful as possible.
Rai has successfully completed many business sales ranging in size from $50K up to $5M in a range of industries including manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, franchise, retail, online & service.
Rai’s qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma In Financial Service Management – Macquarie Graduate School Of Management, Accounting Certificate – TAFE NSW, Diploma Of Financial Services (Finance & Mortgage Broking), Certificate IV (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management).
