Before joining the real estate industry, he worked in mental health as a senior clinical social worker, project manager and in various health management roles. As a result, he is an experienced leader, exceptional communicator, and outstanding negotiator. Cristian fell in love with property at the ripe old age of 18 when he bought his first property. He encouraged family and friends to purchase property with development and renovation potential. When his brother purchased a large property, Cristian developed the property and managed the project end to end which proved to be both successful and lucrative. He helped other friends and family purchase and sell property and rapidly developed a reputation for being a natural due to his personal traits of being trustworthy, a man of integrity and someone who gets the job done with excellence. He rapidly developed a large network of contacts and professional advisors. Joining the real estate industry for Cristian simply meant that he turned his hobby into a career. His inclination towards commercial real estate and business broking stemmed from his affinity to assess the potential of commercial spaces and business ventures, befriending business owners and undertaking due diligence for friends and family.
He is a family man and a member of the community. He is passionate about helping and working with people in the local community and thrives on meeting new people, listening to their stories, and helping them achieve their goals.
