Bob has been successfully selling businesses in the region for over 30 years; having moved to the Blue Mountains in 1977, he has witnessed many changes in the business sector, as the larger national retailers have recognized the growing potential in the Blue Mountains.
The Blue Mountains are currently experiencing a revival in interest from purchasers who see the benefits of a nearly completed four lane highway, the financial flow on from the proposed airport at Badgerys Creek and the hundreds of millions of dollars spent by the larger retail outlets Coles, Woolworths and Aldi who clearly see the advantage of investing in the mountains.
